   The personal data administrator may entrust personal data to other entities listed below in order to perform tasks and services ordered by the User of the website https://soto.waw.pl, (SOTO Club Client), if the scope of the service requires it. Each of the entities listed below operates in compliance with the principles of GDPR, including foreign entities outside the European Union, if the given task or service requested relates to this scope and the given User using SOTO services.

• KIKU Sp. z o.o. – organization of training camps, internships and events, shows and artistic performances
• Polish Aikido Federation – conducting examinations for grades, keeping a register of Kyu and Dan grades of Aikido practitioners, organizing seminars
• Aikido Foundation – Honbu Dojo, Tokyo, Japan – registration of Dan master degrees and Aikido training in Japan
• ISBA – an organization coordinating tasks related to Aikido and Ken-Jutsu training, including in Japan, Poland and around the world
• Shiseikan – an organization in Tokyo, Japan that provides substantive support for SOTO classes in the field of Ken-Jutsu and Aikido
• HOSTIDO – hosting service provider for embedding the website https://soto.waw.pl
• Fitssey – comprehensive implementation of entry services to the SOTO Club, sale of season tickets, and settlements with customers
• Przelewy 24 – electronic payment processing
• Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube – SOTO Club profile pages for information and marketing purposes
• Accounting – an external outsourcing company providing accounting services to the Administrator
