1. 1.    By using the website located at https://soto.waw.pl, The user accepts the rules contained in the Privacy Policy on this website. 
   2.    We would like all users of the website https://soto.waw.pl, felt safe.For users who want to explore the general content of the website, access does not require logging in or creating an account. Access to the website content is provided via the encrypted HTTPS protocol. For special areas designated for SOTO Club Instructors and Reception Staff, an account and logging in are required. Users and individuals exercising at SOTO Club or using our services must create a User Account in the dedicated, secure Fitssey service by going to the Club >> Registration tab (or Schedule of Classes, My Profile, etc.). To ensure the highest level of security for users' personal data and enable transparent management and use of the services provided by SOTO Club, a registration and login system has been implemented for this part of the website, managed by external software (Fitssey). After registering, users gain access to all their data stored in our database, can order services, make modifications, make payments, and receive correspondence relevant to the implementation of the services ordered. In order to be able to post articles, photos and comments on individual websites, express opinions about the content presented on the website, and post reviews, it is necessary to create a separate User Account for the Website https://soto.waw.pl,, (if possible at the moment). 
   3.    Any changes introduced do not affect the basic principle: we never sell or share to third parties (subject to justified activities and services transferred to other entities in order to perform the services ordered from us, only to the extent necessary for their performance) personal or address data of customers and Users of the website https://soto.waw.pl,.

   6.    In connection with the regulations of the directive GDPR, each time the contract/pass ends, we are obligated to delete personal data from the system. We do this after the 5th calendar year following the end of the last pass.      
      We do this to maintain essential accounting data for the Service Provider's legitimate interest in retaining such data for a full 5 years after the end of the taxable event. This means that your personal data will be stored in our system for this period. Therefore, whenever you wish to use our services again, simply log in to your account and place an order, submit a request, or otherwise exercise your rights in the system. You do not need to create a new account. To repurchase a subscription after a longer break, you will need to re-register in the system after your account has been deleted.       
      At the same time, we would like to inform you that, in accordance with these principles, we cannot store personal data of persons who have not given their consent. 
   7.    Automatic email notifications – these are short emails that you will receive from the system each time you perform an action, for the purpose of confirmation by the system, e.g., when you sign up for a class, purchase a membership, etc. The system will also automatically remind you when your membership is about to expire and inform you if the classes you have signed up for are subject to any changes, e.g., if they are led by a different trainer or if they have to be canceled or postponed for reasons beyond our control. 
   8.    Newsletter and Unannounced News: We reserve the right to send Newsletters and unannounced messages to people whose contact details we obtained through activities related to https://soto.waw.pl, and who have expressly consented to this by selecting the appropriate consent in their account. By this term, we mean information directly relating to the activities presented on the website https://soto.waw.pl, (e.g. news, internal promotions, special offers), non-commercial letters (e.g. wishes, technical information, information about viruses, personal comments, etc.) and commercial information, the distribution of which relates to the offer of our center, including for example the store, or was paid for by SOTO Club Partner.

         Club news e-mail - is ours newsletter with interesting news from the life of the SOTO Club, information about internships, new classes, events, the successes of the club and its members, and marketing information related to our activities. As a rule, we do not use text message notifications, so these system settings are irrelevant. 
   9.    If there is such a need, due to technical reasons relating to the User's account or other significant organizational changes that may affect him, we reserve the right to send notifications in such special cases.
   10.    In the account of any User participating in our classes, we ask them, during registration or later if they haven't already done so, to provide the telephone number of the person they would like us to contact in the event of an emergency involving them and they are unable to contact them themselves. It is the User's responsibility to obtain consent from that person to provide their contact information.
   11.    Privacy protection for minors: The soto.waw.pl website does not monitor and is unable to verify information regarding the age of its audience – recipients and Users. Individuals under 16 years of age (or, if specific regulations permit, under 13 years of age) should not send any information, place orders, or subscribe to services provided by our website without the knowledge of their parents or guardians. If they wish to use the website and provide their data in any way, such individuals must ask their parents or legal guardians to complete and sign the appropriate form.
