During the seminar, we will refine both the basics of Aikido and advanced principles of timing, distance, spiral work, and more. We will focus on mind-body coordination, learning how to utilize our center and interact with our partner/opponent. We will also teach how to properly utilize breathing and relaxation to make our techniques natural and allow us to adapt to the situation.
